We are committed to providing high-quality organic and specialty products while ensuring transparency and fairness in our operations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
Eatraw Organic Delivery now offers a curated range of non-perishable products only.
We do not sell refrigerated, frozen, or other temperature-sensitive goods.
All products are shelf-stable and suitable for standard courier transportation unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and suitability prior to purchase.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are fulfilled using trusted third-party courier and postal services. Eatraw Organic Delivery does not perform deliveries directly.
Shipping is available Australia-wide.
We aim to dispatch orders on the same business day where possible for orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT) on business days.
Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
• Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: Approximately 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:
• Courier operations
• Delivery location
• Weather conditions or external disruptions
• Peak shipping periods
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Eatraw Organic Delivery is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, lost parcels, or service interruptions caused by third-party couriers.
Customers must ensure shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING RATES
Eatraw Organic Delivery offers flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.
Current shipping rates are:
• Standard Shipping – $9.95
• Express Shipping – $14.95
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to amend shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 5 – ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during standard business hours.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT) on the same business day.
Orders received after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during promotional periods, public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Products labeled “Certified Organic” are verified by accredited certification bodies where applicable.
Products described as “Made with Organic Ingredients” may contain organic components but may not be fully certified organic.
All product information is based on supplier or manufacturer data. Eatraw Organic Delivery is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from supplier changes or third-party information.
Customers are encouraged to contact us for clarification if required.
SECTION 8 – REFUNDS & RETURNS
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
