Eatraw Organic Delivery operates as a courier-based service, shipping a curated range of non-perishable products Australia-wide.
All orders are fulfilled and delivered via trusted third-party courier and postal partners. Eatraw Organic Delivery does not perform deliveries directly.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple flat-rate shipping across Australia:
- Standard Shipping — $9.95
- Express Shipping — $14.95
Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: Approximately 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on:

- Weather conditions or external disruptions
- Peak shipping periods
All delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed transit times.
Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders on the same business day where possible.
Orders placed Monday to Friday will typically be packed and dispatched the same day, provided they are received before our daily processing cut-off time of 12pm.
Orders placed:
- On weekends; or
- On public holidays
will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Courier Delivery
All orders are shipped via third-party couriers or postal services selected based on your delivery region and service requirements.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier provider.
Eatraw Organic Delivery is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier operations, weather events, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress directly with the courier.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable
We will work with you and the courier provider to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
